■ Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia)

Tracey joined Select Health Group in February 2012, and has been an accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2010. She has gained experience working with a range of chronic and complex conditions, and has worked with a wide variety of age groups and abilities, helping them to improve their quality of life and to reach their goals. She has vast experience working with Doctor’s referrals and establishing fitness and lifestyle programs to help with GP Management Plans.
Tracey provides exercise and lifestyle advice for people with a range of conditions, including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, asthma, depression, osteoporosis, cancer, arthritis and musculoskeletal injuries, as well as many other conditions. Tracey develops new and healthy habits for her patients to enable them to manage their medical condition in the best way, and works with the physiotherapists to help improve well-being and rehabilitation of injuries.
Tracey can also kick start a personalised training program for you in our gym.Tracey’s bubbly personality and motivating attitude makes her a well suited to Select Health Group, having many patients boast about her fun yet challenging sessions! When she’s not leading a class or private session, Tracey enjoys playing a variety of sports including netball and basketball, and spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
Tracey is available for private and group consultations on Fridays.
